Qualifications

Our one-of-a-kind technology, operational simplicity and superior training means you don't need to be a technology expert, or even fitness professional, to be a successful Koko FitClub owner. You just need to share the passion we have for building a great business. You'll also need to meet some basic financial guidelines to ensure you open and operate your Koko FitClubs successfully.

These guidelines may help to determine whether you are in a financial position to become a Koko FitClub owner and would likely meet the financing criteria of prospective lending sources.

• Investable liquid capital of at least $300,000

• Net worth, including real estate, of $600,000 or more

• Credit score of 700 or more

How much does a franchise cost?

• The total estimated upfront investment for each Koko FitClub franchise ranges from $143,000 -$258,000  (US dollars). This includes an initial franchise fee of $30,000.

• The range reflects both your budget and whether you choose to finance the required equipment and other capital expenses required prior to opening.

• We award franchises only in multiples, meaning our owners are area developers who open more than one Koko FitClub. For each Area Development Agreement (ADA,) we require owners to open a minimum of two clubs to start, thus our liquid asset requirement of $300K is higher than the cost of opening a single club.

• Our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) provides you with in-depth information regarding the costs and expenses of opening your own Koko FitClub. To receive a Koko FitClub FDD, please contact us for next steps.
